It is one of three bedrooms in the house; the other two rooms are occupied by my current roommates who will be there for the summer as well. I am moving to Frisco by the end of the month, or sooner if the roommates and landlord approve, and need to sublease my room till my lease ends on August 29th). It's a small room but has tons of storage space and the personal bathroom is a real bonus. The bathroom was built during the winter so it is practically brand new and very clean. I installed ski racks in the room to conserve space, they can be kept or removed, whatever you prefer. There is a washer/dryer and dishwasher as well.

Both my roommates and I are quiet in the evening and early morning and are very respectful to each other in general; the same is expected from anyone who fills the room of course. We have people over occasionally but don't throw parties. We keep the living room and kitchen area clean and tidy with little clutter. The kitchen is well equipped for anyone's cooking needs as is. There are two very friendly and well behaved cats that get along with anyone; they are well taken care of and don't spray at all. There isn't enough space for any more pets though, sorry.

This place is a really great deal and I am sad to give it up. I was planning to stay here for a while but between work and free time I am almost always in Frisco so a move is in order. . .

I have 2 rooms available for rent in a house in Fairplay, a great central location for summer trips to Buena Vista and Breck as well as Denver and the Springs. Awesome fishing down the street, 14ers nearby, National Forest land a few miles down the road, Colarado Trail is 20 mins and some of the best whitewater in the state is not far away. Bowling alley, Pizza Hut, Fairplay Beach, and downtown (aka. Park Bar!) are all within 5-10 min walk. This is the best central location for a variety of activities. The house has a 2 car garage so there is plenty of space for skis, bikes, boards, kayaks, gear, etc. The house has a clean kitchen with all dishes and cooking utensils. Living room has a flat screen with Directv, DVR, and a PS3 as well as a fireplace. Washer and dryer are in the house as well.

First room is approx. 12x10 and has a queen bed and a closet. Rent is $400/month. Bed has not been moved into the room yet.

Second room is approx. 10x8 and has a twin bed and small closet. Rent is $350/month.

Third room is the master bedroom and bath with a queen bed. It will be $1100/month for the entire house.

If you and a friend both sign the lease together for both rooms, I'll give you discount and rent will be $700/month and you can decide how you want to split it up.

I'm willing to negotiate on terms and length of lease. I'm not the type of landlord that isn't willing to listen and try to work with you. First and deposit due on signing. Willing to work with you on last months rent.

Responsible for your share of satellite/internet, electricity, and heat. I will pay sewer and $50/month for water (it's usually less than that).

Pets are negotiable as well. I'd have to meet them first.

Sounds a little weird, but it's been working out great the last six months. The place is great!
The bed you would have is a temper-pedic. There's a washer/dryer in the unit, dishwasher, deck, pool, hot tub, tennis courts and easy parking! ya hoo!
Quick walk to the bus stop and a 10 minute walk to the mountain.
Considering the tight living space, I would want to meet first and see if you're someone I can get along with. We don't have to be friends, we just need to get along =)
You would pay $250/month and half of utilities. Utilities run about $33/month/person on average. (average includes Winter costs).
