for a short way to meet up with the Lower Lehman ski trail to access the Peak 9
base area lifts, which include the Beaver Run Super Chair and the Quicksilver
Super6. Ski-in access is via another section of the Burro Trail. From the Peak
10 Flapjack trail you take the Burro Trail through the National Forest back to
the Warriors Mark West neighborhood, or you can also meet up with a section of
the Burro Trail from the Lower Lehman ski trail to ski-in, this requires a short
uphill walk. (Note that ski-in/ski-out access is not suitable for beginners or

Breck Mountain Retreat is a 3-bedroom (plus sofabed), 3-bathroom single-family detached house in the heart of downtown Breckenridge in the beautiful Rocky Mountains of Colorado. Breck Mountain Retreat sleeps 6 very comfortably, up to 8 including the sofabed.
If you're coming to Breckenridge to enjoy all it has to offer, why would you pay just as much (or more) to stay in a hotel? Is a hotel room going to have that "WOW" factor right when you walk through the door? Does a hotel room make you feel like you're in the Rocky Mountains? Can you walk to dinner and drinks from that hotel room? What will you do if your hotel room's neighbors are loud? When do you suppose was the last time they washed the bed spread in that hotel room? Does a hotel room have all the conveniences of home, including a fully-stocked kitchen?
Breck Mountain Retreat is one block from the Breckenridge Brewery/Restaurant and the rest of the Main Street restaurants and shops, half a block from a ski/snowboard rental/repair shop, three blocks from the local supermarket, one block from the closest liquor store, and two blocks from the ice skating rink.
Don't believe the hype of those "ski-in / ski-out" condos. If you are that close to the slopes, that means you are not in town, where all the shopping, night life, restaurants, and beautiful people are! If you stay so far from Main Street, good luck catching a taxi at the end of a night out on the town (or have fun hoofing it)! Of course, you could always have dinner in the lobby of some hotel, but is that really what you are coming to Breckenridge for? From Breck Mountain Retreat you can walk 10 minutes to the nearest ski lift (Quicksilver) or just hop on the shuttle three houses down.
The main level has an open, bright, and airy floor plan with a living room, dining room, and kitchen. The living room has a gas fireplace, cable television, and plenty of room to seat the entire family and watch the 32-inch flat screen (not panel) Sony TV. The dining room has a dining room table with ample seating for six. On the adjoining deck you'll find a 40-jet hot tub, gas grill, and a stunning view of the Breckenridge ski slopes.
The master suite has a king-size bed and balcony with view. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a bathroom complete with jetted bathtub. A third bedroom with a queen-size bed, hall bathroom, and den/family room are located on the lower (garden) level. Two more people can sleep on the den/family room's queen-size sofabed.
Bring your cell phone; there is no phone in Breck Mountain Retreat. Breck Mountain Retreat has secured wireless Internet.
