Twist Restaurant is looking for an experienced and passionate bartender to join our team. If you thrive behind the bar, love the craft of cocktail-making, and enjoy delivering an exceptional guest experience, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities include craft and execute creative cocktails with precision and flair. Develop and contribute to original cocktail concepts. Provide knowledgeable wine recommendations and proper wine table service. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar. Collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.
What we’re looking for: Proven bartending experience in a full-service restaurant or bar setting. Strong creativity and expertise in craft cocktails. Knowledge of original and classic cocktail techniques. Basic to intermediate wine knowledge, including proper wine service. A team player who communicates well and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Professional, reliable, and guest-focused attitude
Compensation:
Twist offers a competitive hourly wage. Bartenders participate in our shared tip pool along with the front-of-house team.
