New French Bistro opening early 2026 in the heart of Vail Village is building the best culinary team in the Rockies. We are seeking an Executive Chef and a Sous Chef to join our team! You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and dedicate time to expanding our clientele base to establish the restaurant's brand and reputation.
Experience in restaurant openings and menu engineering is a huge plus.
Willing to discuss a relation package for the right candidate!
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day culinary operations
Coordinate food and kitchenware orders
Check freshness and quality of ingredients
Assist in the development of menu items
Standardize recipes and plate presentations
Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests
Qualifications:
Experience as an Executive Chef or Sous in an upscale high volume environment
Knowledge of cost and labor systems including P&L knowledge
Passion for food and cooking techniques, specifically Upscale French Bistro
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
