I drove to take current photos, so these are current. The claim takes in mostly placer creek.
This area is only accessible around May-October due to extreme winters but the main road is accessible most of the year.
This is on Forest Service land so NO you cannot build a house on it. You would own the right to the Gold and minerals on these properties.
It is on the way into an old mining area on a hidden road. This area's past mining days had one of the highest producing Gold mines and is also known for its Silver and Aquamarine discoveries too.
This is a tourist area because of the Gold it produced but this claim is just off the beaten path just enough to leave the on lookers behind.
No ATV and/or 4 wheel drive needed for these claims although there are roads and paths all around that you can explore. You could drive a car to it.
The creek that flows all the way through it is amazing and peaceful. There has been gold ore and placer gold found all around this area. I also have an assay.
I will sell them for cash or $200 monthly payments. I will NOT charge you interest.
Don't worry about your credit or background check if you have to make payments. I will just draw up a simple agreement for payment.
