These 4 - 5 month old lambs were bred and raised here on the ranch and are grass-fed and organically raised. Current weights are approximately 75–100 pounds.

You may harvest here at the ranch, and we will dispose of the hide and offal, or you may take them home for your own harvest and processing.

Dorpers are hair sheep, which means they naturally shed their wool rather than needing to be shorn. Because they are not raised for wool, Dorpers have long been selected for excellent meat quality. Dorper lamb is known for being tender, mild, and delicious.
