Follow-up: Provide clear and concise documentation of job status, safety issues, crew member reviews, and attend weekly meetings with management
Responsibilities:
Routine visits to all properties to ensure proper maintenance has been performed, report any problems or issues, schedule crew for a return visit to fix as soon as possible.
Motivate and lead teams to ensure the best quality of work is provided to each and every client, while maintaining a positive work environment.
Delegate tasks as needed, oversee the use of tools and equipment while on a job site.
Requirements:
Valid Driver's License
Bilingual English/Spanish
3+ years landscape experience
Knowledge of plant materials and proper planting, chemicals, fertilizers and soil amendments, irrigation and equipment.
Ability to use all lawn equipment, skid steers, mini excavators, trucks and trailers, and train employees in proper use of equipment.
Able to lift and carry up to 80 pounds.
Able to work in a variety of weather conditions.
