This window is brand new. It's a Simonton 7300 Prosolar Low-E dual pane window with 1/8" glass. Measures 76.75" x 53" (3x 25 inch windows that were mulled by the Simonton factory). The two outside windows are single hung and the middle window is a picture window. I paid $1057.67 plus tax for this window. There was a mistake and it does not fit my opening. Selling for less than 1/3 of what I paid - $300 OBO.
