Superior Alarm in Edwards is seeking a office assistant to join our team. We install fire alarm and security systems, cameras, and access control systems. We are a stable and well known company dedicated to providing excellent customer service. The office assistant will play an integral role in achieving our goals.
- Answers customer calls in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
- Assists in scheduling technicians and ensuring the schedule is being adhered to.
- Follows up on various internal processes necessary to achieve our operational goals.
- Contacts customers for purposes of scheduling service calls.
- Assists in various adminstrative and clerical duties.
- This is a full time, in office position, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
Compensation:
- $25 to $35 hourly plus overtime
- 401k with company match up to 4%

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
