• Implements and maintains an effective dispatch system
• Schedules multiple routes in real time to facilitate maximum productivity
• Maintains timely and professional contact with service customers as necessary
• Prepares invoices and estimates daily as required
• Maintains customer database records including customer credit status
• Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
• 2+ years of fast-paced customer-oriented experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
