Job Description:
Mountain Haus, a premier condominium hotel located in the heart of Vail Village, is seeking an experienced, organized, and service-oriented Owner Services Manager to join our team. This full-time, year-round position serves as the primary liaison between condominium owners and the property's operations team, ensuring each owner's investment is well maintained and represented with the highest level of care.
The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator with strong project management skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing personalized owner service while maintaining the quality standards of the Mountain Haus.
Key Responsibilities
Owner Relations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for condominium owners regarding the care and maintenance of their units.
• Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with owners through timely and proactive communication.
• Personally follow up with owners to confirm completion and satisfaction of maintenance projects and repairs.
Unit Inspections & Maintenance Coordination
• Conduct routine inspections of condominium units to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and items requiring repair or replacement.
• Document findings and communicate recommendations to unit owners.
• Coordinate maintenance projects, repairs, and replacements with internal departments and outside vendors.
• Monitor project timelines to ensure work is completed efficiently and to Mountain Haus quality standards.
Project & Vendor Management
• Schedule and oversee contractors and service providers working within owner units.
• Obtain estimates when necessary and facilitate owner approvals.
• Ensure repairs and improvements are completed accurately and professionally.
Financial Administration
• Manage owner-related maintenance invoices and work orders.
• Verify all charges are accurate and properly assessed.
• Maintain organized records of communications, approvals, invoices, and completed projects.
Additional Responsibilities
• Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, Front Desk, Engineering, and Rental Operations to ensure owner units remain guest-ready.
• Recommend preventative maintenance and capital improvements that enhance owner satisfaction and protect property value.
• Assist with owner requests and special projects as needed.
• Support the General Manager with owner communications and property initiatives.
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, property management, condominium management, or owner relations.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, and maintenance projects.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google preferred.
• Knowledge of hospitality or condominium rental operations is a plus.
