We have the following timeshares available in Vail and Avon, CO. All are floating winter ski weeks (except fixed weeks noted) that give the owner the ability to reserve any week from mid December to early April excluding the weeks of Christmas and New Year's unless otherwise specified (Falcon & Eagle Point also exclude Easter week and Lakeside Terrace also excludes President' week). All are annual usage unless otherwise specified. The maintenance fee is the ongoing cost of using the timeshare for one week each year. Thus, a maintenance fee of $700 equates to $100 per night for using the condo during the prime ski season in the Vail Valley. Closing costs are approx. $400 with full escrow or $75 if escrow is not required. Call show contact info for more information.
