The carpeted bedroom comes furnished with a queen sized platform bed set, with a luxurious memory foam mattress and bedding, desk, office chair, smart HDTV, your own 10 cu ft refrigerator freezer and food pantry. Aromatic cedar lined closet with on-wall shelving, additional on-wall shelving and row of clothes hooks. In home clothes washing machine and dryer.
Share second floor dwelling common space (bathroom, living room and food prep area) with only 1 person occupying the other bedroom on the floor.
Shared access to large furnished sun drenched red wood deck, post reconstruction efforts come June.
Limited off street parking and bike/gear storage available.
This room, and 5 bed/3 bath, owner occupied 3 floor home is best suited for the enjoyment of private, quiet and respectful single individuals (no couples, unless both rooms on the floor are rented), who travel light, without any pet, and preferably without a vehicle, who are looking for a safe and comfortable place to call home while in Steamboat. This home is not a party, frequent hangout or vacation place for any occupant's friends or family.
