Hello Fellow Vacation Rental Owner,

My family and I own a very nice beachfront condo in Shores of Panama in PCB, FL. We come to CO every winter for a week long ski vacation. Generally we look at Vrbo, AirBnB, etc. for condo properties in ski towns such as Breck (preferred destination), Steamboat (second choice), Vail, Copper, or Aspen. We are looking to trade a week or more in your condo in either Jan / Feb in exchange for similar lengths of time during the month(s) of your choice in ours.

Here are the details of our condo:

2 BRs, with an additional bunkroom w/door; 2.5 BA; full size W/D; granite; new tile; all stainless appliances; pullout sleeper sofa and a Q-size blowup mattress for extra bedding; sleeps 8-10.

Here is what we're looking for:

Minimum 2BR, 2BA with extra pullout sofa or some other place to sleep. Minimum Q-size beds in the BRs for our family, as we're all adults with spouses here. One of the BRs can have one or two beds, all good - just the MBR would need to be completely private i.e only one bed, K preferred but Q will be fine. We're generally traveling there as 3 couples, so we need to sleep at least 6 comfortably.
Ski in/ski out or close to free shuttles / gondola / lifts. Must be within walking distance to the lifts or some type of free transportation to/from the lifts.
At least one full week in yours during Jan / Feb, in exchange for at least one full week in ours - and those dates are TBD by you. Additional weeks are definitely negotiable as well.
All of 2019 is completely booked except for the following dates, which are currently available:

08/02 - 08/07
09/27 - 10/05
12/17 - 12/24
12/30 - 01/31/2020 - INCLUDES NEW YEARS!

Currently the months of Feb/Mar are totally booked for 2020. the rest of the year is pretty much wide open at this time.

No money exchanged - our unit rents for over $275/night, up to $350 for certain weeks - and generally stays booked as much as we like, year-round. This is to include cleaning fees and resort fees, etc. We cover it for you and you cover it for us. Pricing differences between our units should be negligible. We're experienced travelers and we understand the value proposition for each of us equally. We're confident that what we have to offer is exactly what you're looking for in a beach vacation, and is apples-to-apples in terms of quality vacation living.
Deeds - I will show you mine and I need to see yours before any arrangements for access to our condo can be made.
This could potentially be a long-term arrangement between you and us.
