We have made renting a week fast, easy, and most importantly, safe! You won't be reading the numbers off your credit card to some stranger on the phone (who knows where those might end up?). Instead, your payment is handled discretely and securely online. Currently, we use Square to process our payments.
The Mark IX Resort Breckenridge, Colorado is a 2 bedroom 1 bath unit with 675 square feet. It has a full kitchen, wood burning fireplace, TV, and DVD/VCR. It can sleep up to 6 people, and includes a queen-sized bed in the first bedroom, 2 twins in the second bedroom, and queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living room. Although sleeping arrangements allow for 6 people, we recommend limiting adult occupancy to 4, given that the condo is relatively small and has just the one bathroom.
Mark IX Breckenridge Resort Overview and Amenities
The Mark IX Resort Breckenridge is located in a quiet residential area, about 3/4 mile from Main Street. Take advantage of the hourly FREE Summit Stage, which stops at the end of the driveway. Ride it to the Breckenridge or Copper Mountain ski area!
Mark IX Resort Breckenridge amenities include free wireless internet and common laundry room. Note: The community hot tub is out of service at this time.
